Herbal Facial Steam - Sinus & Cold Relief


A blend of organic herbs and botanicals and eucalyptus essential oil to alleviate the symptoms if congested sinuses and common colds.

  • How to use a Facial Steam


    • Place your heat-resistant bowl in a safe and comfortable position
    • Carefully add ½ litre (2 cups) boiling filtered or distilled water, leave for 2-3 minutes
    • Add 2 tablespoon of herb blend to the water
    • Sit with your face over the steaming bowl of water, about 30-45cm (12-18 inches} away
    • Place large towel over head to make a sealed tent 
    • Close your eyes, relax and enjoy for up to 10 minutes.

  • Warning

    • Over application of steam may create an imbalance in your skin, causing irritation and sensitivity. Steam application should be for no more than 10 minutes and once a week is recommended.
    • Use a commercial steamer with nasal cone if you have a lung condition that is sensitive to inhaling steam or herbal infusions.
    • Not recommended for rosacea.

    • If pregnant, consult your health professional before use.

    • Not recommended for excessively dry, flaky skin or eczema.

    • Keep hot water out of reach of children or in high traffic areas where it may be knocked.
