how much is shipping?

I ship to anywhere within Australia via Australia post.

Flat rate standard: $12. Orders are dispatched with 1-3 days of receipt. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days

returns - my item is broken?

Extreme care and careful consideration is taken to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition or in the approved condition of purchase.
However shipping can be fraught with difficulties so if your item does arrive damaged please take a photo with a description of the damage/circumstances and email to me at niramayacrystals@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of goods.
If a suitable replacement is  found and agreed upon that will be delivered to you.
Many items and crystals are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. If an item is not replaceable you will be issued a full refund or store credit upon return of the item.  
Should you need to return a damaged item, a return postage paid shipping label will be emailed to you.

How long does it take for my purchases to be dispatched?

I make every effort to have your purchases packed and sent on its way to you within 1 business day however it can take up to 3 business days. Please contact me directly if you have any concerns about your delivery.

I've changed my mind, what now?

Items purchased cannot be refunded due to a change of mind, however I can apply a store credit.
Goods must be returned undamaged and with any product packaging intact. Any return shipping and replacement shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
